DELIVERIES

As we are a fairly new business we do have a 2-3 week delivery cycle and with Corona Virus/power issues this could be a little longer. Some pieces are available immediately so please feel free to ask, or to put in a special request, if it is for a special occasion and we will do our best to get it done and delivered inshallah.

Delivery charges across the UK and Europe are $10.00. This is for standard delivery 7-10 days.

We take great pride in our brand, from the jewellery itself to the packaging and overall experience. Each Iman piece will come packaged in a beautiful suede or cotton pouch, in a quality jewellery box, and packed in our bespoke Iman shipping box. This is then shipped in a padded envelope. Specific items in our ranges have cards that come with them with the meanings and messages printed. Please see pictures of packaging with each piece.

We do offer additional gift wrapping with a handwritten card for that special person, however our regular packaging is special as is.

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost.

Not yet. We currently do not provide a click and collect service.

MATERIALS

At Imanonline we love silver. It is one of a few precious metals. Not only is it beautiful, durable and affordable, but it's also hypoallergenic and easy to maintain, unlike many other precious metals. Sterling silver is extremely versatile and available in a huge range of styles.

Vermeil is a legally regulated term that refers to a certain kind of quality jewellery. To be legally called "vermeil" internationally, the jewellery piece must meet ALL of these conditions:

1. Have sterling silver as its base material. Sterling silver is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other materials, and is a standard material used in high quality jewellery (versus, e.g. brass or copper).
2. Be plated in gold that is at least 10k (10 karats). That means the gold is at least 41.7% gold content.
3. Have gold plating that is at least 2 microns thick. A micron is 1/1000th of a millimeter.

In other words, vermeil pieces are made with precious materials with heavy plating to ensure long-lasting wear.
